rentals are subject to the terms and conditions in the rental agreement.
GASOLINE, parking, towing charges,vulcanizing expense and toll fees are for RENTER’s account. TERMS OF PAYMENT – Only major credit cards are accepted. RENTAL HOURS – A day’s rental is equivalent to 24 hours. Excess hours shall be charged 1/6 of daily rate. The daily rate shall be applied for rentals covering 6 hours or more. ALL RATES are subject to 12% Value added tax and inclusive of Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). SELF-DRIVE RENTAL – Renter is liable for the first PHP 4,000.00 cost of damage for cars and PHP 5,000.00 for vans. A photocopy of a driver’s license together with the official receipt and a police report or in some cases, sworn affidavit must be submitted in case of involvement in accidents, regardless of who's at fault. LOST or Misplaced Keys
will be charged a minimum of PHP 500.00. In case Renter left the key inside the car
a service fee of PHP 300.00 will also be charged. |
